Annette Taylor Ellis

Funeral service for Mrs. Annette Taylor Ellis age 50 of 804 Reid St, Wilson who died Friday , Nov. 11, 2011 at her residence will be held Saturday at 12 noon at Simon Grove Holiness Church 4334 NC Hwy. 42 East, Wilson. Bishop Herbert Williams, Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden.

Annette was a faithful and dedicated member of Simon Grove Church where she sang in the mass choir. In addition to her parents preceding her death were one sister, Judy Faye Taylor; one brother, Anthony Taylor; and one brother-in-law, Roscoe Ellis, Jr. She will be dearly missed by all who loved her.

Annette leaves to cherish her loving memory her husband, Billy Ray Ellis of the home; her sons, Michael Durrell Taylor and Cotrell Ellis of Wilson, NC; four sisters, Doris Finch (Roy), JoAnn Brunson (Richard), Gloria Edmundson (Hubert) and Phyllis Speight (Emmitt) all of Wilson, NC; four sisters-in-law, Virginia M. Cannon and Ethel Best of Snow Hill, NC, Gloria Artis (Claude) of Hookerton, NC and Deborah Jones(Cleveland) of Grifton, NC; one brother-in-law, Willie Batts of Kinston, NC; her Godfather, Deacon Leroy Braswell of Wilson,NC; a special friend and cousin, Felicia Staton; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including a special friend, Betsy Hardy of Wilson, NC.

A viewing will be held Friday form 3 pm to 8:30 pm at Carrons Funeral Home with the family receiving friends there from 7 pm to 8 pm. They will receive friends at other times at the residence and will assemble there one hour prior to service in preparation for the funeral procession.
