Brenda Joyce Sutton Burke

Brenda Joyce Sutton Burke, age 63, of 2013 Patterson Way South, Wilson, North Carolina entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 15, 2017. 

A celebration of her life and legacy will be held 12 noon Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Contending for the Faith Church Ministries, 1006 Academy Street, Wilson, NC with Pastor Jeffrey Simms officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street, Wilson.  A viewing will held from 4 pm to 7 pm Friday, January 20, 2017 in the Carrons Funeral Home Chapel.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories to a loving and devoted daughter, Samantha Sutton of Wilson, NC; one granddaughter, India Bolden of Wilson, NC, a significant other, Bennie Exum of Wilson, NC; two sisters, Peggy Pelham (Shawn) of Oxon Hill, MD and Tammy Reynolds (Lionel) of Wilson, NC; one brother, Bernard Sutton; five aunts, Katie Wilson of Raleigh, NC, Rosa Lee Williams and Jessie Sutton Harris both of Washington, DC, Carrie Louise Montgomery, Ann Walker (John) and Barbara Barfield all of Wilson, NC; one uncle, Joe Mccoy of Landover, MD; six nieces; Brendella Boyd (Wendell), Serena Sutton, Cierra Joseph (Chris), Nakia Johnson, Angel Ellis; three nephews, Brad Isom, Lionel Reynolds, Jr. and Shawn Pelham Jr.; a host of great nieces, cousin’s others relatives and friends.

Professional services have been entrusted to Carrons Funeral Home, "The Willing Friend," located at 325 East Nash Street, Wilson, North Carolina.
