Carl "Joe" Barfield

Carl Barfield age 76 of 444 Lexington Ave, Apt. 1D Brooklyn, NY formerly of Snow Hill passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. Elder Michael Artis will officiate, and Elder Carolyn Ward will preside. Interment will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden.
Fond memories are cherished by his daughter, Rosetta Williams (Johnny);five grandchildren, Felicia Wooten, Laquitta Williams,Sheniqua Williams,Rodney Williams and Jerome Williams all of LaGrange, NC; one sister, Marjorie Barfield of Wilson, NC; four brothers, George Barfield of Brooklyn, NY, William Barfield of Wilson, NC, Dan Barfield, Jr. of Washington, DC and J. Paul Barfield of Portsmouth, VA; eight great grandcildren, Jada Hines, Ariel Proctor, An'nysha Wooten, Reginald Wooten, Kelsie Finch, Tyrese Williams, Niquez Albritton and Dusty Proctor, Jr.; one aunt, Lillie Mae Hines of Brooklyn, NY; a host of nieces, nephes, other relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held Monday from 3 pm to 7 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at all times at 3318-A Whitlock Dr, Wilson and will assemble there one hour prior to service in preparation for the funeral procession.
