Funeral service for Carrie Cooper age 87 of 5038 Lake Wilson Rd, Elm City who died Monday at her residence will be held Sunday at 1:30 pm at Olive Chapel Baptist Church, Sharpsburg. Rev. Jimmy Williams will officiate. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Ms. Cooper is survived by her sons, Douglas Cooper (Mildred) of the home, James Cooper (Dorothy) of Temple Hill, MD and Cecil Cooper, Jr. of Miami, FL; one sister, Vera Farmer of Elm City; her brother, George Bunn of Washington, DC; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held Saturday from 3 pm to 5 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at all times at the residence and will assemble there one hour prior to service in preparation for the funeral procession.
