Funeral service David Antonio "Budd" Ellis age 36 of 4317 Stillwater Ct, Wilson who died Monday at his residence will be held Friday at 11 am at Abundant Life Church Ministries 2965 Forest Hills Rd, Wilson. Pastor Pamela Jones will be the eulogist, and Pastor Gail Speight will preside. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Left to cherish loving memories are his wife, Dilya Williams Ellis of the home; two daughters, Davion Sade Hall and Damoni Williams Ellis of Wilson, NC; his son, David Ellis, Jr. of the home; four stepchildren, Destinee Williams, Byan Williams, Ashlynn Barrett and Jasman Hall whom he helped to rear all of Wilson, NC; his mother, Barbara Ellis Whitfield of Wilson, NC; his stepfather, Robert Whitfield of Wilson, NC; two sisters, Devita Antoinette Allen and Tiffany Lucas of Wilson, NC; four brothers, David Anthony Bynum, Jr. and Tony Allen, Jr. of Wilson, NC, Derrick Antonio Allen of Georgia and David Danyel Miles of Pinetops, NC; his maternal grandmother, Annie Ellis of Wilson, NC; seven aunts, Sandra Ellis, Mary Ellis, Annette Sanders, Mary Vick, Linda Eatmon and Yvonne Highsmith all of Wilson, NC and Brenda Taylor of Greenville, NC; one uncle, Larry Bynum of Wilson, NC; his mother-in-law, Pastor Pamela Jones; his grandmother-in-law, Pastor Mary Bland; a brother-in-law, Jerome Williams, Jr.; special cousins, Eric, Derrick, Fredrick, Michael, Jimmie, Terrence, Kevin, Carlton, Lataurus, and Neisha; best friends, Richard, Larry "Wooty", Jimmie "Pudding", Rodney and Bryon; a host of other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held Thursday from 3 pm to 6 pm at Carrons funeral Home. The family will receive friends at all times at the residence of his mother, 5112 Kennedy Rd, Wilson and will assemble there one hour prior to service in preparation for the funeral procession.
