Funeral service for DeCarlos Montreal Ellis age 31 of 4205 Tartts Mill Rd, Wilson who died Monday at Pitt Memorial Hospital, Greenville will be held Saturday at 1 pm at L.N. Forbes Original Free Will Baptist Tabernacle 1800 Lane St Ext, Wilson. Rev. Leonard Smith will officiate. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery Veterans Section.
DeCarlos served our country faithfully in the United States Army for two years.
Loving memories will be cherished by his daughter, Kimberli; his mother, Dolly Ellis Woodard; his father, Cylde Ballard; his stepmother, his stepfather, one sister, one stepsister, three stepbrothers, three aunts, one uncle, a host of other relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held Friday from 2 pm to 5:30 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Christian Life Fellowship Church (Gold Leaf) 211 W. Kenan St, Wilson Friday from 7 pm to 8 pm. They will receive friends at all other times at the residence and will assemble there one hour prior to service in preparation for the funeral procession.
