Derrick D'Andre Applewhite

Funeral service for Derrick D'Andre Applewhite affectionately known as "Lil' Pac Rat" who died Sun, April 3 will be held Sund;ay at 1:30 pm at Glory Baptist Church 502 SW Jordan St, Wilson. The Rev. Ricky Daughteridge will officiate. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Loving memories are cherished by one son, Micah J. Ruffin of Wilson, NC; his mother, Gayle Bonita Applewhite of the home; his father, Derrick Lamont Ellis of Wilson, NC; His maternal grandfather, Marcellus Applewhite, Jr. of Walstonburg, NC; his maternal great grandmother, Elizabeth Applewhite of Walstonburg, NC; a dear friend who was like a grandmother, Dorothy McCray of Wilson, NC; two Godbrothers, Henry Davis, Jr. and Lamont Ellis both of Wilson, NC; his special friend, Chaurice M. Ruffin of Wilson, NC; eleven aunts, two uncles, a host of other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held Saturdaya from 2 pm to 8:30 pm at Carrons Funeral Home with the family receiving friends there from 7 pm to 8 pm. They will receive friends at all other times at the residence and will assemble there one hour prior to service in preparation for the funeral procession.
