Edward Bernard "Redd" Holliday

Edward Bernard Holliday age 44 of 610 New St, Wilson, North Carolina passed on Friday, November 7, 2014. Edward was affectionately known to family and friends as "Redd" He was the son of Virginia Holliday and John Hadley, Sr.

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 12 noon at Feel Free Church Ministries 3543 US Highway 301, Wilson, North Carolina. The Rev. Anthony Cox will officiate. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Redd is survived by a daughter, Shaneka Willingham; a stepson, Nicholas C. Allen; his mother, Virginia Holliday; his father, Johnny Hadley, Sr.; one brother, Johnny Hadley, Jr.; two sisters, Tanya Reece (Terence) and Tarzanna Walker; his godmother, Kathy Griffin; his goddaughter, Kydra Knight; five aunts, two uncles, a host of other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held Friday from 6 pm to 8:30 pm with the family receiving friends from 7 pm to 8 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. They will assemble at Carrons Funeral Home Saturday at 11 am in preparation for the funeral procession.
