Elton Batts, Jr.

Elton Batts, Jr., age 70, of 609 Sims St., Wilson transitioned on Sunday, October 31, 2021.  Funeral service will be Saturday at 1 pm at the Robert King, Sr. Memorial Chapel of Carrons Funeral Home 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson.  Bishop Ernest Ray Melton will deliver the eulogy, and Pastor Andrew Jones will preside.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

A public viewing will be Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home.  The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 12 noon on Saturday in preparation for the funeral procession.  Condolences may be directed to carronsfuneralhome.com or faxed to 252.237.0120.  They may also be emailed to carronsfuneralhome@gmail.com.
