Mr. Ernest Foster, Jr., age 38, of Elm City, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2019.  Funeral service will be held 12 noon on Saturday, June 1, 2019 in the Chapel of Carrons Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
