Essie Mae Artis

Ms. Essie Mae Artis, age 90, of 4920 Rainwater Road, Lucama transitioned from labor to reward on Thursday, February 4, 2021.  A celebration of her life and legacy will be Monday, February 8, 2021 at 12 noon at Contending for the Faith Church Ministries, Wilson.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

A public viewing will be Sunday from 6 pm to 8 pm at Carrons Funeral Home, 726 South Tarboro Street, Wilson.  The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 11 am on Monday in preparation for the funeral procession.  Please keep the Artis family in prayer during this difficult time.  Condolences may be directed to carronsfuneralhome.com or faxed to 252.237.0120.  They may also be emailed to carronsfuneralhome@gmail.com.
