Gladora Uzzell Robbins was born October 25, 1936 in Wayne County, North Carolina to the late William and Luddie Bell Uzzell Dawson. On Saturday, February 9, 2013, God called her home to eternal rest.
Gladora worked for many years as a ward secretary at Wilson Medical Center.
A celebration of her life will be held Sunday at 2 pm at Contending for the Faith Church Ministries 1006 Academy St, Wilson. Bishop Thomas Lucas will officiate. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
A viewing will be held Saturday from 3 pm to 8:30 pm at Carrons Funeral Home with the family receiving friends there from 7 pm to 8 pm. They will receive friends at other times at the residence of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Dwight Robbins 1810 East Trail Dr, Wilson, NC. .
