Inez Barnes Shirley

Mrs. Inez Barnes Shirley, age 61, of 1800 Freeman St. SE, Lot 21, Wilson, North Carolina transitioned to eternal rest on Saturday, August 17, 2024.  A celebration of life will be Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 1 pm at Carrons Funeral Home Robert King, Sr. memorial Chapel, 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson, NC.  Interment will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, 1603 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC. 

A public viewing will be Sat., Aug. 24, 2024 from 12 pm to 1 pm at Carrons Funeral Home with an inspirational wake on Friday, Aug. 23, 2024 from 6 pm to 7 pm at Carrons Funeral Home.  The family is receiving friends at the residence of her mother, Ms. Hattie Mae Barnes, 1907 Farrior Avenue, Wilson, NC and will assemble there at 12 pm on Saturday in preparation for the funeral procession. Please keep the Barnes and Shirley family in your prayers.
