Isaac Shelton Ward, age 84, of 1093 Stancil Town Road, Stantonsburg was called to eternal rest on Friday, May 26, 2017.
A celebration of his life and legacy will be held 2 PM Friday, June 2, 2017 at Paul Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, 3318 Appie Road, Walstonburg, NC. Reverend Janice Wilson will deliver the eulogy. Final burial rites will follow in St. Delight Community Cemetery, Walstonburg, NC.
Memories of Isaac will forever be cherished by his wife, Vinnie Lee Edwards Ward of Wilson, NC; his daughters, Delois Holmes of Upper Marlboro, MD and Eugena Ward Ellis (Anthony) of Stantonsburg, NC; his sons, Jesse Edwards (Barbara) of Fayetteville, NC, James Rasberry of Saratoga, NC and Isaac Shelton Ward (Donna) of Wilson, NC; siblings, grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family is receiving friends at the residence of Vinnie Lee Edwards Ward, 609 Hawthorne Lane, Wilson.
