Mr. James Earl Ellis, age 69, of 175 Matheson Lane, Eagle Springs, NC formerly of Stantonsburg was called to eternal rest on Sunday, October 14, 2018. Affectionately known as Ben, he was born in Greene County, North Carolina.
A service of remembrance will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 12 noon at Paul's Chapel Church, 3318 Appie Road, Appie. Elder Danzell Spencer will officiate. Interment will be held on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at 2 pm at Holly Grove Cemetery, 2520 NC Highway 211, Eagle Springs, NC.
A viewing will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 10 am to 11:45 am at Paul's Chapel Church. The family will receive friends at the residence and will assemble there at 11 am on Saturday in preparation for the funeral procession. Please remember the Ellis family during their hours of bereavement.
