Janie Lucas Purvis

Ms. Janie Lucas Purvis, age 90, of 306 W. Main Street, Apt. 10, Hillmont Village, Selma, North Carolina transitioned to her heavenly home on Sunday, November 24, 2024.  A celebration of her life and legacy will be Sunday, Dec. 1, 2024 at 12 pm at Carrons Funeral Home Robert King, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson, NC.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC.

A public viewing will be Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Carrons Funeral Home.  The family will assemble at Carrons Funeral Home at 11:15 am on Sunday in preparation for the service.  Please lift the Purvis family up in prayer.
