Jannis Chestnut Bynum

Ms. Jannis Chestnut Bynum, age 70, of 608 S. Pender Street, Wilson was called to eternal rest on Wednesday, January 22, 2020.  Funeral service will be held Saturday, Feb. 1 at 2 pm at Tabernacle Temple of Jesus Christ 1601 Lane St. Ext., Wilson.  Bishop Robert Daniels will officiate.

Precious memories are cherished by her sisters, Juanita Daughtridge (Luther) of Wilson, NC, Josephine Brown of Baltimore, MD and Jacqueline Chestnut of Wilson, NC; two grandchildren, Tiffany Chestnut and Donta Chestnut of Wilson, NC; one great granddaughter, Dakota Chestnut of Wilson, NC; her nieces, Irish Plowden (Michael) of MD, Tiara Woodard of Greensboro, NC, Margaret Daughtridge and Magalene Smith of Wilson, NC; her nephews, Donald Chestnut of and Ronnie Brown (Tawana) of MD, Michael Chestnut (Amanda) of Lynchburg, VA, Ricky Daughtridge (Cynthia), Thomas Daughtridge (Angelia)  and Donnie Daughtridge (Laverne) of Wilson, NC; a host of other relatives and friends, including special friends, Josephine Carter, Thelma Richardson, JC Tucker and Calvin Brookman.
