Mr. Jesse Lee Ruffin, age 75, of 3817 Irene Drive NW, Wilson, North Carolina transitioned to eternal rest on Sunday, February 4, 2024. A private viewing for family will be held.  Interment will be Monday, Feb. 12, 2024 at 2 pm at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, NC.
