Lorraine Frances Dawson

Ms. Lorraine Frances Dawson, age 62, of 7005 Page Street, Saratoga peacefully entered eternal rest on Sunday, June 28, 2020.  She was affectionately known by family and friends as "Baby". Funeral service will be Sunday, July 5 at 1 pm at the Evening Lights Holiness Church 208 S. Pender St., Wilson.  Bishop Katie Farmer will deliver the eulogy, and Pastor David Sutton will preside.  Interment will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden.

Fond memories will be forever cherished by her son, Cameron Mitchell of Wilson, NC; her sisters, Harriet Dawson of the home , Elnora Jones (Sidney), and Naomi Jones and Brenda Dew Alston (Donnie) all of Wilson, NC; her brothers, Joe Dawson of New York, Nathan Dawson of Wilson, NC, Clarence Dew (Brendatt)  of Saratoga, NC and Robert Dawson of Greensboro, NC; three god sisters, Juanita Jones, Dorothy Roach and Linda Leach all of Wilson, North Carolina; two god brothers, Randolph Barnes of Wilson, NC, and Melvin Holiday (Mary) of Williamston, NC; one sister-in-law, Betty Dawson of Wilson, NC; her special nieces, Cora Dew of Wilson, NC and Naomi Hall (Rob) of Black Creek, NC; a host of other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends including a special friend, James Taft of Greenville, NC.
