Mrs. Mary Lynn Farmer Ellis, age 55, of 804 Reid St. N, Wilson was called from labor to reward on Sunday, May 16, 2021. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 1 pm at the Robert King, Sr. Memorial Chapel of Carrons Funeral Home, 726 South Tarboro Street, Wilson. Bishop Ernestine McGee will deliver the eulogy, and Pastor Margaret Spell will preside. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The memories of her love and affection will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her; her husband, Billy Ellis of the home; stepson, Cantrell Ellis of the home; her sister, Rose Little (Ronald) of Wilson, NC; her brother, Johnnie Whitley (Sandra) of Winterville, NC; aunt, Evora Faison Farmer of Wilson, NC; four nieces whom she loved dearly, Stephanie Farmer, Keyia Warren, Cassandra Dennison and Kendra Dennison; two nephews, Rodney and Travis Farmer; sisters-in-law, Gloria Artis (Claude) of Hookerton, N. C. and Brenda Farmer of Wilson, NC; god sister, Reverend Debbie Hayes; god brothers, Deacons, Derek May, Randolph Barnes and Willie Williams and Pastor Derrick Barnes; and her pet, Dusty.
A public viewing will be Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 12 noon on Saturday in preparation for the funeral procession.
