Funeral service for Mr. Michael James Hunt age 23 of 4315 Trey Rd, Wilson who died Thursday at Pitt Memorial Hospital, Greenville will be held Saturday at 1 pm at L.N. Forbes Original Free Will Baptist Tabernacle 1800 Lane St Ext, Wilson. Rev. Julius Hunter will officiate. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Michael leaves to remember him with love his mother, Mable Mercer Bailey of the home; his father, Michael Hunt of Wilson, NC; one daughter, Shylasia Fields of Wilson, NC; his maternal grandparents, John Walter and Mary Ann Mercer of Wilson, NC; his paternal grandmother, Cornelia Faye Smith of Albuquerque, New Mexico; three sisters, Nisha Hunt and Cornelia Hunt both of Wilson, NC and Janae Hunt of New Castle, PA; four brothers, Malcolm Hunt, Shantiz Hunt, Daquan Hinnant and Jason Hunt all of Wilson, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held Friday from 3 pm to 7 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. The family will recevie friends at the residence and 1123 Stantonsburg Circle, Wilson. They will assemble at 4315 Trey Rd, Wilson one hour prior to service in preparation for the funeral procession.
