Funeral service for Patrick O'Neal Bryant age 44 of 3709 Lear Ct, Apt A, Wilson who died Wednesday at Wilson Medical Center will be held Tuesday at 1 pm at Gibraltor Church on the Rock 200 W. Hope Lodge St, Tarboro, NC. Bishop Michael Williams will be the eulogist, and Minister Marla Everette will preside. Interment will follow in the Parkers Family Cemetery NC Hwy 125, Hobgood, NC.
Patrick was born in Tarboro,North Carolina on August 19, 1967. He was the son of David Bryant, Sr. and the late Mary Ruth Parker Bryant. In addition to his mother preceding him in death was his mother-in-law, Leila Jones.
Believing in our Lord and Saviour, Patrick joined Long's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church at an early age where he served faithfully in the choir. Recently, he became a member of the Greater Grace Non-Denominational of Wilson, NC.
Patrick was one who truly loved the Lord and his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Tahirah Bohler Bryant of the home; his daughters, Brittany Bryant of Rich Square, NC and Tahleah Bryant of the home; his sons, Pametrick Bryant (fiancee', Ashley) of Richmond, VA, Gabriel Bryant and Tyran Bryant of the home; his father, David Bryant, Sr. of Hobgood, NC; five sisters, Minister Jennie Hanson (Vernell) of Tarboro, NC, Rev. Gail Hern (Tino) of Jacksonville, FL, Mary Harper of Bronx, NY, Brenda Fearnot (Robert) of Wake Forest, NC and Sheila Bryant of Speed, NC; four brothers, David Bryant, Jr. (Bonnie) of Louisburg, NC, Bobby Braynt of Tarboro, NC, James Bryant (fiancee', Mary) of Speed, NC and Donald Bryant (Sandra) of Rocky Mt, NC; two grandchildren, Amaya Bryant and Janessa Bryant of Richmond, VA; his father-in-law, Wayne Bohler (Dorie) of Newark, NJ; two sisters-in-law, Ebony Hickman (Antonio) of Elm City, NC and Shantae Folk of San Antonio, TX; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends..
A viewing will be held Monday form 3 pm to 8:30 pm at Carrons Funeral Home with the family receiving friends there from 7 pm to 8 pm. They will receive friends at the residence at other times and will assemble there one hour prior to service in preparation for the funeral procession.
