Reba Woodard Hopkins

Mrs. Reba Woodard Hopkins, age 69, of 4325 Kent Road, Wilson was called from labor to reward on Monday, April 22, 2019.  A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 1 pm at St. James Christian Church, 1739 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson.  Elder Ernest Melton will officiate.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Loving and lasting memories are cherished by her husband, Thomas Junior Hopkins of the home; three sons, Darrell Hopkins (Teresa) of Rocky Mount, NC, Chief Thomas Hopkins (Shon) and Terry Hopkins (Sheree) of Wilson, NC; two sisters, Peggy Swinson of Sharpsburg, NC and Bertha Barnes (William) of Elm City, NC; four brothers, Jimmy Woodard (Nettie) of Wilson, NC, Elder Howard Woodard (Alma), Bishop Billy Woodard of Elm City, NC and Elder Tim Woodard (Ann) of Sharpsburg, NC; twelve grandchildren, three aunts, three uncles, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 4 pm to 7 pm at Carrons Funeral Home, 325 East Nash Street, Wilson.  The family is receiving friends at the residence and will assemble there at 12 noon Thursday in preparation for the funeral procession.  Please remember the Hopkins Family in prayer during this difficult time.  Condolences may be directed to carronsfuneralhome.com or faxed to 252.237.0120.  They may also be emailed to carronsfuneralhome@gmail.com.
