Robert Glenn "Chip" Sampson, Jr.

Mr. Robert Glenn "Chip" Sampson, Jr., age 74, of 211 Kenan St., Apt. 304, Wilson, NC was called to glory on Friday, Mar. 2, 2018. He was the son of the late Robert Sampson and Helen Branch Sampson. Chip was known by family as "Peaches".
Funeral service will be held 2 pm Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Carrons Funeral Home, 325 East Nash St., Wilson. Pastor Victor Baines will be the eulogist, and Minister Rita Batts will be the presider. Interment will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden.
Loving memories are cherished by his sisters, Gloria Wallace (Wiley), Trudy Watson (Lawyer), Lovelace Daniels all of Wilson, NC and Barbara Ward of Baltimore, MD; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will assemble at Carrons Funeral Home at 1:15 pm Saturday in preparation for the funeral procession. Please remember the Sampson Family during their hours of bereavement.
