Roma Lee Hinnant

Funeral service for Roma Lee Hinnant age 81 a resident of Avante Nursing Home of Wilson who passed Sunday at Wilson Medical Center will be held Saturday at 2 pm at Atkins Memorial Tabernacle 6740 Rock Ridge Sims Road, Sims. Elder Ervin Powell will officiate. Interment will follow in Middlesex Memorial Garden, Middlesex.
Precious memories are cherished by her daughters, Corrin Thomas and Mary Lee Hinnant of Baltimore, MD and Becky Hinnant (Theodore) of Bailey, NC; her sons, Howard Hinnant, Jr. (Marynell) and Stanley Hinnant (Cynthia) of Bailey, NC, Oscar Hinnant (Betty) and Steve Hinnant (Annette) of Wilson, NC; one uncle, Bobby Darden of Middlesex, NC; thirty-two grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; her niece, Michelle Roberson; three sisters-in-law, Emma Hinnant of Wilson, NC, Gladys Hinnant of Bailey, NC and Naomi Kent of Nashville, NC; special friends, Thelma Rogers and Devora May; a special niece, Lillie Faye Hinnant; a host of other relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held Friday from 3 pm to 7 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at all times at the residence and will assemble there one hour prior to service in preparation for the funeral procession.
