Samuel Wells, Jr.

Funeral service for Samuel Wells, Jr. age 72 of 5012-A N. Whitley Dr, Kenly who died Wednesday at Johnston Memorial Hospital, Smithfield will be held Saturday at 11 am at Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Elm City. The Rev. Dr. T.L. Barnes will officiate. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Mr. Wells was a faithful member of Johnson Chapel Church where he served diligently in the All Male Chorus.
A viewing will be held Friday form 2 pm to 5:30 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 7 pm to 8 pm at First Baptist Church, Lucama. They will receive friends at all other times at the residence and will assemble there at 9:30 am in preparation for the funeral procession.
