Tyshema LaCandace Shanay Carter

Funeral service for Tyshema LaCandace Shanay Carter affectionately known as "Cootie" age 23 of 4121 Raven Ridge Rd, Wilson who died Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Wilson Medical Center will be held Saturday at 1 pm at Sallie B. Howard School 1004 Herring Ave, Wilson. The Rev. Anthony Cox will be the eulogist, and Dr. Torase Barnes will preside. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.

Loving memories are cherished by her son, Gavin Ali Talib of the home; her parents, Calvin and Melissa Crumbley Carter of Wilson, NC; her fiance', Ali Talib of Wilson, NC; three brothers, Calvin Carter, Jr. (Alexcia) of Wilson, NC, Michael Crumbley, Jr. of the home and Terrelle Kearney (Amy) of Lucama, NC; her maternal grandfather, Eunice "Pope" Crumbley of Wilson, NC; maternal great grandparents, Willis Edward and Jessie Joyner Hyman of Kenly, NC; five aunts, Georgia Lynn Smith, MargaretSharon Carter, Thelma Hodges, Phyllis Carter, Renee Shaw and Pamela Carter all of Wilson, NC; five uncles, Michael Crumbley (Shan), Jeremiah Carter, Fredrick Carter and Steve Carter all of Wilson, NC and Kevin Crumbley of Detroit, MI; two nieces, Breana Kearney and Khloe Carter; one nephew, Jase Kearney; twelve great aunts, ten great uncles, a host of special cousins, other relatives and dear friends.

A veiwing will be held Friday from 5 pm to 8 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the residence and will assemble there one hour prior to service in preparation for the funeral procession.
