Funeral service for W.B. Yelverton, Jr. age 60 of 303 Thurston Dr., Wilson who died Tuesday at Wilson Medical Center will be held Sunday at 2 pm at Carrons Funeral Home 325 East Nash St, Wilson. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.
W.B. leaves to cherish loving memories his mother, Cassie Yelverton of the home; two stepchildren, Tanya Walker and Terrance Walker; four sisters, Peggy Cane of Wendell, NC, Betty Geter and Elaine Belcher of Raleigh, NC and Lola Yelverton of Durham, NC; three brothers, Aron Yelverton and Anthony Yelverton of the home and Reginald Yelverton of Wilson; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held Saturday from 3 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at all times at the residence and will assemble there one hour prior to service in preparation for the funeral procession.
