Willie Leroy Jones, age 81, of 8600 Mike Shapiro Drive, Clinton, Maryland formerly of Wilson was called to eternal rest on Wednesday, January 17, 2018. A service celebrating his life and legacy will be held 12 noon Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Hamilton Burial Garden, Wilson. Pastor Mary Jo Atkinson will officiate.
Loving memories are cherished by his daughters, Gwyndon Dawson of Wilson and Lory D. Washington (Vincent) of Waldorf, MD; his son, Willie Leroy Jackson (Adrienne) Of Capital Heights, MD; four sisters, Larena Buskey of Temple Hills, MD, Annie Horton of Brooklyn, NY, Bettie Hill of Fort Washington, MD and Marjorie Hodges of Fairmont Heights, MD; two brothers, George Jones of Wilson and Rudolph Hodges (Vivian) of Upper Marlboro, MD; fifteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family is receiving friends at the residence of his daughter, Gwen Dawson Anthony Mobile Home Park, Lot 15, Wilson. They will assemble at Hamilton Burial Garden at 11:45 am on Saturday in preparation for the service.
