Yvonne Jacqueline Barnes

Ms. Yvonne Jacqueline Barnes, age 76, of 768 Hales Road, Kenly, North Carolina transitioned from labor to reward on Sunday, November 10, 2024.  A celebration of her life and legacy will be Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024 at 1:30 pm at Mincey Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, 401 N. Gardner Ave., Kenly, NC.    Interment will follow in the Selma Memorial Gardens, 1350 S. Pollock St., Selma, NC.

A public viewing will be Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024 from 4 pm to 6 pm at Carrons Funeral Home, 726 S. Tarboro St., Wilson, NC and Sunday at the church from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.  The family is receiving friends at the residence of her sister, Mrs. Robin Barbour, 414 Oak St., Smithfield, NC and will assemble there at 12:15 pm on Sunday in preparation for the funeral procession.
